As the newest member of the Three Chairs Financial team, Troy brings a strong customer-focused mindset and a genuine passion for helping others. Before joining the business, he worked in aged and community care services, coordinating schedules and supporting clients, which strengthened his organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Troy enjoys being part of a team that makes a positive difference in people’s lives and is always happy to lend a hand wherever needed.

Outside of work, Troy enjoys spending time with his two children and catching up with friends over a board game whenever he gets the chance.
